The Bello offers plenty of space with two generous bedrooms to suit queen beds, both of which are within close proximity to the bathroom. This design offers a bathroom / laundry with plenty of room. It boasts a large kitchen with a pantry and enclosed fridge cabinet for that contemporary touch to complement the living and dining rooms for entertaining. 

The Bello is a available with a choice of roof types ranging from steel corrugated colorbond or concrete roof tiles. Depending on site constraints the floor structure is available in suspended steel frame or a concrete slab on ground, our designers will determine your best options
