The Compact

The Compact is designed to suit narrow blocks and offers plenty of space with two generous bedrooms to suit queen beds, both of which are within close proximity to the bathroom. This design offers a bathroom / laundry combo with plenty of room. It boasts a large kitchen with a pantry and enclosed fridge cabinet for that contemporary touch to complement the living and dining rooms for entertaining.  It has a generous linen closet and built in robes for storage.

The Compact is a available with a choice of roof types ranging from steel corrugated colorbond or concrete roof tiles. Depending on site constraints the floor structure is available in suspended steel frame or a concrete slab on ground, our designers will determine your best options
